Using this website

Adding an item to your bag, sending a quotation enquiry or downloading its draft does not place an order, reserve stock or conclude a sales contract.

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit material that infringes another person’s rights. Product descriptions support selection; the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidance must be followed when equipment is used.

Products, prices and orders

Product pages describe the configuration, included items and availability. Checkout shows the applicable price, taxes, delivery charge and payment method before you confirm. Optional extras require an active choice. Application photographs can contain items that are not included.

The checkout will explain when an order becomes binding and the steps for correcting it. An acknowledgement alone will not be presented as acceptance unless it expressly confirms acceptance. These contract-formation details are still being prepared and must be finalised before sales begin.

Delivery and risk

Plan Lab prepares orders from available stock and can source items that are not currently in stock. The website shows available destinations and delivery estimates. Unless a different time is agreed, consumer goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract. Applicable legal remedies remain available for late or failed delivery.

For consumer sales, the risk of loss or damage ordinarily passes when you or your designated recipient takes physical possession, subject to the statutory exception where you independently commission a carrier not offered by the seller.

Withdrawal and product conformity

Eligible consumers have a right to withdraw from a distance purchase. The returns policy explains the usual 14-day period, exceptions and reimbursement. Legal rights where goods are faulty or not as described are separate from withdrawal and from any manufacturer’s commercial warranty.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, restricts liability where the law does not permit it, or requires consumers to waive rights. Business purchases may have different agreed terms; consumer withdrawal rights do not automatically apply to them.

Content and third-party links

Plan Lab’s original text and design, and third-party brand and product assets, remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may use the website for normal browsing and your own purchasing research. Broader reproduction or commercial reuse requires the relevant permission.

Manufacturer links are provided for reference. Their offers, prices and delivery restrictions do not automatically become Plan Lab’s terms. External services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Questions, complaints and applicable law

Please contact team@planlab.eu with your order reference, issue and preferred resolution. Consumers may also seek assistance from Romania’s consumer authority, ANPC, or an appropriate dispute-resolution body.

Romanian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of habitual residence. These terms do not impose exclusive Romanian jurisdiction where consumer jurisdiction rules provide otherwise. We will date material changes; later versions do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order.
