The 14-day withdrawal period

If you buy online as a consumer, you can normally withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. For goods in one order delivered separately, the period ordinarily starts on receipt of the last item. The statutory rules determine the deadline in other delivery situations.

This right applies to eligible consumer distance contracts. It does not automatically apply to purchases made for a trade or business. If the last day is a non-working day, the deadline extends to the next working day. A longer statutory period may apply if the required withdrawal information was not provided.

How to notify us

Use the withdrawal form above, send an unambiguous statement to team@planlab.eu, or write to Multisign SRL, Str. Bruxelles nr. 61-62, Parcul Industrial Graells & Llonch, 507165 Prejmer, Jud. Brașov, Romania. Include enough information to identify you and the contract. You may use the optional model wording below, but it is not mandatory. Send the notice before the withdrawal period ends and keep evidence of sending.

The online form lets you review your details before choosing Confirm withdrawal. We record the notice and provide a receipt containing your statement and its submission date and time. Download your receipt after submitting. An email copy is queued when email delivery is available; otherwise it remains pending. Your notice is still recorded. You do not need prior approval to exercise a statutory withdrawal right.

Returning the goods and return costs

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal, unless we offer to collect them. Protect them adequately in transit and include the supplied accessories. Original packaging is helpful where available, but keeping it unopened is not a blanket condition for exercising withdrawal.

For change-of-mind returns, you bear the direct return cost only where this has been properly disclosed before purchase. If goods cannot normally be returned by post, the applicable return cost or required estimate must be disclosed before the contract. If the law requires us to bear the cost, we will do so. Faulty-goods remedies are handled separately and without the consumer bearing the necessary remedy costs.

Your refund

We reimburse payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of withdrawal. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery method you chose need not be refunded.

Unless we offer to collect, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and incur no fee. You may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods; there is no automatic restocking fee.

Exceptions

Statutory exceptions can include goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; sealed computer software unsealed after delivery; and certain sealed hygiene goods once unsealed. A machine being opened, tested or sold with consumables does not by itself create an exception.

For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the withdrawal exception applies only where the statutory requirements are met, including prior express consent to starting supply, acknowledgement of losing the right and the required confirmation. Any exception relevant to a specific offer must be explained before purchase.

Faulty goods and legal guarantees

Contact team@planlab.eu if a product is damaged, faulty or not as described. Include the order reference, a description and photographs where helpful. EU consumer law generally provides a minimum two-year legal guarantee for new goods; Romanian conformity rules and any applicable mandatory protections govern the available remedies.

Repair or replacement must meet the statutory requirements, including being free of charge and carried out within the applicable time and without significant inconvenience. Price reduction or termination may be available in the circumstances provided by law. A manufacturer’s additional warranty does not replace your legal rights against the seller.
