What is used today

The website uses first-party local storage for shopping preferences and essential cookies for account access. Local storage is not automatically sent with every page request. Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you allow Analytics. No advertising integration is enabled.

Functional storage

planlab-fresh-v1 stores the bag, guest wishlist and country preference to provide the shopping functions you choose. It has no automatic expiry and is cleared through those features or your browser’s site-data controls.

A previously saved quotation draft may remain in planlab-quote-v1. Clear form on the enquiry page, a successful enquiry submission or clearing browser data removes it. New enquiries are not saved there. planlab-enquiry-retry keeps a temporary identifier and form fingerprint in session storage to prevent duplicate email submissions; it contains no contact details. Downloaded drafts remain wherever you save them.

planlab-language and planlab-country remember your selected language and country for one year. planlab-consent-v1 records the version, time and optional-category choices for 180 days. This essential preference record is used to remember your choice, including a refusal. Local development tools may use temporary technical cookies or storage for the development interface; these are not advertising identifiers.

Essential account cookies keep requested sign-in and verification steps working. planlab-customer-session and planlab-checkout-account last up to one day, planlab-customer-pending up to one hour, and planlab-order-account up to seven days. They are protected from page scripts and are removed when their related access is cleared. They are not advertising identifiers.

Making and changing a choice

Optional categories start off. Accept all allows both optional categories; Only necessary keeps them off; Cookie settings lets you choose them separately. No optional service may load before the relevant consent. These controls do not prevent normal access to the site.

Open Cookie settings from the footer to change or withdraw a choice at any time. Only necessary there withdraws permission for both categories. It leaves the essential record of your refusal and the shopping data needed for the features you requested. Clearing all site data in your browser also removes your local bag, wishlist and saved draft.

Optional Google Analytics

With your consent, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) measures visits and public pages viewed to help us improve the site. Its _ga and _ga_9LWPMKNLSF cookies store browser and session identifiers for up to 180 days without extending their lifetime on each visit. Google receives technical information such as device/browser details and your IP address when requests are made. We exclude URL queries and fragments, account and email-verification links, form contents and payment details. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area as described in its linked privacy information. Withdrawing Analytics consent stops measurement and removes these cookies from this browser. A new service or materially different purpose requires a new choice.
